Boketto Love Tonic

2 tsp maca

1 tsp ashwaganda

1/2 tsp shatavari

sea salt + dried calendula + black sesame seeds (optional, but a nice touch)

Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender with your liquid + fat of choice (i.e. hot water / coffee + coconut butter) and blend on high until desired texture and taste is achieved. Serve and indulge regularly, if not daily.
