We’ve tightened-up our cancellation policy. Please take a moment to (re)acquaint yourself with this important aspect of your Boketto experience.
- Appointments Over the phone, in-person, or online, all appointments require a credit card hold (see cancellation policy, below). After booking you will receive a confirmation email with pertinent information on how to best prepare for your appointment, as well as required intake forms. Be sure to read all emails and follow intake form directions to insure the best Boketto experience.
- Intake Forms We cannot stress this enough, make sure you complete Intake Forms before your appointment. They are very helpful to Practitioners, and help to set the stage for eapt and effective care. If not completed before your appointment your service time will be cut short, or possibly cancelled, if not enough time remains after filling them out in-person.
- Late Arrivals Clients who arrive more than ten minutes after the scheduled time may have to be rescheduled and subject to the cancellation policy. If your practitioner can still take take you, you are not guaranteed the full-time of your appointment, only what's left of it.
- Cancellation/Changes We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Kindly note that last minute cancellations and no-shows leave your practitioner with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other clients who could have benefitted from that time slot. In accordance with this policy, all cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments after the 24-hour window will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of each booked service. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel as early as possible, and for sure at least 1-day before the beginning of your appointment. You need confirmation we received your cancellation request, and it that it has been accepted.
Many appointments are transferrable, if you’re in a pinch, call us to find out if we can fill your appointment with someone on our waitlist, or if your appointment can be given to a friend.
