BOOKING


  

Appointments 
Over the phone, in-person, or online, all appointments require a credit card hold (see cancellation policy, below). After booking you will receive a confirmation email with pertinent information on how to best prepare for your appointment, as well as required intake forms. Be sure to read all emails and follow intake form directions to insure the best Boketto experience.


Intake Forms 
We cannot stress this enough, make sure you complete Intake Forms before your appointment. They are very helpful to Practitioners and help to set the stage for apt and effective care. If not completed before your appointment, your service time will be cut short, or possibly canceled, if not enough time remains after filling them out in-person. 


 

CANCELLATIONS


 

Late Arrivals 
We allow a brief grace period, but arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a last-minute cancellation and charged the full service fee. Additionally, late arrivals may mean rescheduling your appointment. If your practitioner can still take take you, you are not guaranteed the full time of your appointment, only what's left of it.


Cancellation/Changes
We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Kindly note that last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave your practitioner with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other clients who could have benefited from that time slot. 

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance—either online or by speaking with us during business hours. For changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the card on file will be charged the full cost of the service.

To cancel or change an appointment, contact us at (804) 354-6707. It’s not enough to leave a voice message or reply via text. You need confirmation that we received your cancellation request and that it has been accepted.

we’ll do our best to work with you. Many appointments are transferable. If you’re in a pinch, call us to find out if we can fill your appointment with someone on our waitlist.

Gratuity
Tipping your practitioner is entirely up to you; 20% of the service cost is customary. Please note that our Acupuncturist does not accept tips.

Package & Gift Certificate Expiration
All service packages and gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After that time, they expire and cannot be redeemed. We recommend booking your sessions early to ensure availability within the active window.
