Can I use my 15% discount on all products?
Your exclusive 15% discount is automatically applied at checkout on ALL orders over $10.
Can I combine my discount with other offers or promotions?
Your standing 15% discount cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or offers. If you ever have questions, please let us know and we’ll be sure to help.
Can I use my discount on services?
We offer 15-20% savings on all of our service packages for facials, massages, acupuncture, and more but this membership discount cannot be applied toward individual services at this time.
How are events hosted during a time of COVID-19 challenges?
While limitations may still exist, we designed our education platform with this new normal in mind. Many of our offerings will be online as virtual events. A link will be sent to all members at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event to join.
Events are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours for gatherings on a rotating schedule of illuminating topics. Workshops/classes/courses are deeper dives that require a different level of engagement from you and the facilitator.
In-person events are held with safety in mind, but believe virtual events allow us to uniquely connect and share with the greater Boketto community.
What if I’m not based in Richmond?
No worries! You’re still able to attend our events virtually from the comfort of your home (or wherever you may be) and use your 15% discount on all online products. All Boketto Insider members will receive copies of The Moment via snail mail (within the domestic US) and any other surprises and treats.
Also...what a great reason to plan a visit to our fair city in the near future! Richmond has been on lists of "hot" places to visit for the past few years, and we know why. It's a special place and we'd love to meet you in person someday.
Until then, each Insider perk has been designed to be a great, stand-alone value for those who aren't in the neighborhood.
What if I miss or can’t make a live event?
Don't fret! All event content will be delivered to you via email and available for free via your exclusive membership download collection to enjoy whenever you desire.
What is “The Moment?”
The Moment is a printed quarterly publication. Each limited-edition issue interrogates a single word, by a coterie of humans, through various mediums.
It’s an oversized (think your Sunday newspaper) newsprint at 20pp. It’s a beauty to behold or place on your coffee table, and sure to make your heart skip a beat when you open your mailbox and there she is!
When and how do I receive my copy of “The Moment?”
The Moment is a quarterly publication and mailed out to all active members at the beginning of each quarter. At sign up, you’ll simply provide your shipping address so we know the best destination to send your issue out to and any future surprises!
What does a Monthly Musing look like?
Monthly Musings are our monthly membership newsletters sent via email at the beginning of each month. These newsletters include inspiration, insights, inquiry, product sneak peaks, culture, advocacy, and conscious-living education.
We also want to lift up your voice. Insiders will be able to contribute their work to showcase-- Think of this as our digital community board to share and spread the news of happenings, job openings, free services, art, and more.
How do I contribute my work to be featured in a Monthly Musings?
We’d love to hear from you and see your work! Simply send us an email and we will review to confirm placement.

Can I cancel my membership?
While we hate to see you go, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time from your account settings.
