Really, 15% off all products?
Yup. Your 15% discount is automatically applied at checkout on ALL orders over $10. There are two exceptions. Due to our agreement with Biologique Recherche they do not permit discounting of their products, of any kind. Anywhere. Anytime. And we also omit consignment items like artwork. But everything else, from books, to supplements, Marie Veronique skincare... have at it!
Can I still get free shipping on orders of $150+?
Yes. When the total (with your 15% discount applied) is over $150, free shipping automatically is applied.
Can I combine my discount with other sales or promotions?
Your standing 15% discount cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or offers. One of the reasons we created Boketto Insider Membership is to eliminate the manufactured need for our customers to price-game— making the need for sales or promotions very rare. As an Insider we want you to feel like the VIP you are to us. If you ever have questions, we’ll be sure to help.
Can I use my discount on services?
Membership discount cannot be applied toward individual services at this time. HOWEVER! We offer 15-20% savings on all of our service packages for facials, massages, acupuncture, and more.
What if I’m not based in Richmond?
We designed Boketto Insider with you in mind! There are almost no differences. Since the inception of The Boketto Insider, in 2020, our Education & Events series has gone from virtual to in-person. Boketto Insiders not based in Richmond, do not tend to take advantage of that perk. BUT... what a great reason to plan a visit to our fair city in the near future. Richmond has been on lists of “hot” places to visit for the past few years, and we know why. It’s a special place and we’d love to meet you in person someday.
What is “The Moment”?
The Moment is our printed publication. Each limited-edition issue interrogates a single word, by a coterie of humans, through various mediums. It’s an oversized (think your Sunday newspaper), full-color, 20-page beauty to behold or place on your coffee table. Sure to make your heart skip-a-beat when you open your mailbox and there she is!
What does a Monthly Musing look like?
Monthly Musings is an email you’ll want to read. Our monthly membership newsletter sent at the start of each month. They include inspiration, insights, inquiry, product sneak peaks, culture, advocacy, and conscious-living education.
How does billing work?
Membership is charged monthly from the date of activation, and all sales are final.
Can I cancel my membership?
While we hate to see you go, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Simply reach out to us and we'll promptly take care of it for you.
