Ear Seed Kit How-to

Ear seeds are a type of auriculotherapy, which is acupressure or acupuncture focused on the ear— and has been used for over 2500 years. Auriculotherapy is based on the same general principles as acupuncture, using the outer part of the ear is a map or micro system of the body.

Ear seeds are safe to use, and help with a long list of illnesses and conditions by sending signals through the pressure points of the ears to the reflex centers of the brain. The brain then sends the proper signals and chemicals to the rest of the body to balance out ailments that have your body in disharmony.

If you are or might be pregnant, don’t use ear seeds or any other form of auriculotherapy without consulting your physician.

DIRECTIONS

[1] Before applying, the skin should be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol. [2] With the tweezers, lift one seed off the strip and apply to desired area. [3] Press gently with your finger to secure to ear. Repeat on the other ear. [4] To boost activation, gently press the seed occasionally while wearing them. [5] Usually the body will adapt to the pressure after 2 to 3 days— remove, and take a 24-hour break before re-applications.
