Fat of the Land's mission is to share and honor the wisdom, magic, and abundance of the land by promoting a cycle of health and nurturing the conviviality of all things.

With a focus on seasonal and bioregional medicine, Fat of the Land hopes to empower individuals to take their health into their own hands and foster a sense of connection.

Fat of the Land is the work of Anja Schwartz Rothe, a community herbalist, land steward, gardener & writer based in New York’s Hudson Valley.
