Jelena Nikolajevic

Jelena [ LAc, MSTOM ]  studied acupuncture and herb theory at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NYC. While in school, she had extensive training in both eastern and western medicine that covered subjects like pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology, oncology, geriatrics, urology and gynecology. She studied under some of the best practitioners in and out of school where knowledge in Japanese acupuncture, shiatsu, tui na, and sports medicine was enhanced. Areas of specialty include orthopedics, anxiety, stress, digestive disorders, insomnia, migraine headaches, menstrual disorders, low immune system, genitourinary disorders, asthma and night sweating. In her practice she incorporated trigger point release therapy, tui na, applied kinesiology and muscle testing, nutritional and lifestyle counseling and Traditional Chinese herbal medicine.

Nic Pitts

Nic [ L. Ac., Dipl. OM. ] completed her MAOM (Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) at Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts where she studied under Jeffrey Yuen, 88th generation Daoist Priest of the Jade Purity Tradition. She holds a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine through the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine). She is certified as a licensed acupuncturist from the Virginia Board of Medicine. While in school, she had extensive training in Chinese herbal medicine, eastern and western medical diagnosis and treatment, pharmacology, gynecology, orthopedics, and the five channel systems of Classical Chinese Medicine.

Areas of specialty include working with the spirit through treating depression, stress, anxiety, insomnia, and trauma. Other areas of speciality include chronic and acute pain, adjunctive cancer therapy, headaches, menstrual disorders, digestive disorders, menopause, eczema and psoriasis, and fertility. In her practice, she incorporates nutritional and lifestyle counseling, Classical Chinese herbal medicine, stone medicine, Gua Sha therapy, and fire cupping.



Olivia Yohai

Olivia’s passion for movement, anatomy, and helping others led her to find her calling. In 2016 she graduated from the Lotus School and became a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga teacher. Her practice and studies are continuous, evolving, and vast including Prenatal Yoga in Richmond and Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand.

Olivia’s massage techniques have developed over the past 4 years. She’s honed in on her listening skills and allows her hands  and your body to guide her intuitively. Her massages include many modalities. Some of her favorites are myofascial release, relaxation, prenatal, deep tissue, and pressure point work. She loves to help relieve people of pain and facilitate a safe space for total body relaxation. Through her studies of movement and instructing yoga she is more than happy to leave you with some exercises to continue your at-home healing process. 


Pasha Kat Yuen

Pasha studied massage therapy at the Natural Healing Institute of Naturotherapy in Encintas, CA in 2014. During her schooling, she began extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy and Somatoemotional Release with Upledger Institute and she continued her explorations of working with the body with traditional northern Thai medicine studies in Richmond and Chiang Mai, Thailand.

She is a licensed massage therapist with the Virginia Board of Nursing and the California Massage Therapy Council. Her areas of specialty include abdominal dysfunction, low back pain, pelvic pain and disorders, migraines/headache, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, prenatal and postpartum care. She incorporates craniosacral therapy, Thai massage, cupping, myofascial release [scraping], herbal compresses, abdominal massage and reflexology as needed into her practice to support beings in their quest to find relief from pain.  



Anne Dietrich

Anne is a board-certified licensed massage therapist and esthetician with over ten years of experience in the field of holistic care. As an esthetician, she has been able to work with a plethora of skincare lines and has a vast knowledge of products, understanding components and ingredients and how they can affect various skin conditions. She practices nutritional therapies to assist in healing and nourishing the skin.

Anne fulfills her passion for skin correction using non-toxic, high quality ingredients—her ultimate goal is to assist her clients both internally and externally through slow beauty.



Dr. Alexandra Cope

Dr. Cope made her way back east with after the life-altering decision to pack up her medicine and to stand as an ally and medic at Standing Rock with the American Indians in 2015. Already having a passion for holism in medicine, she discovered the missing link during her time at Standing Rock—integrating justice into her medical practice. With her elders, she is a wisdom seeker & truth keeper that links her allopathic medical training and naturopathic medical degree with plant medicine.

Her joy is in women’s health and empowerment on all levels, including digestive health & microbiome restoration. Being a Natural Medicine Doc, she also naturally helps heart health and blood sugar issues.

Dr. Cope, is a trauma-trained physician with a professional background, including a 5 year Medical Degree + Naturopath License from The National University of Natural Medicine, 2 years of clinicals with an ENT Naturopath, 2 years of clinicals with Transgender Medicine from New England School of Homeopathy, as well as Food Sovereignty Training. Dr. Cope strives to inspire empowerment on all levels, focusing on womxn’s health. She specializes in fasting, digestive health, microbiome restoration, and the fertility journey.
